In many ways it’s misleading to call it a factory, as the term so often conjures
up images of mass-produced, machine-made furniture. That’s not us at all.
Yes, we’re forward-thinking and moving with the times, but every piece of
furniture produced in our factory is handmade with love and integrity, whether
it’s an item from our Signature Collection or a piece we’ve designed from
scratch as part of our Tailor Made service.
Our factory is the only surviving large-scale furniture manufacturing facility in
WA and we’re very proud of it. As are the seamstresses, pattern cutters,
frame-makers and upholsterers who work for us.
Collectively they offer you more than 200 years of experience.
We make our own sofas, chairs and recliners, so we understand what works
and how things should be done.
And while many of our team have been with us for more than 40 years, it’s fair to say that no one knows Dankz quite like Michael and Clayton Arnold, whose father Kevin started the company more than 50 years ago.
The brothers have one eye on tradition and the other on the future, with the
lasting sense of quality and design that ensures Dankz has – and always will
– stand the test of time.
Dankz. Family owned and proudly Western Australian.
