Delivery Information
We work hard to ensure we offer you the best delivery price and the most secure delivery service. We cannot offer specific delivery times, but we do give a 4 hour delivery window and a phone call when on the way (if required) to meet our drivers. Pick ups can be made Monday to Friday at an arranged day and time.

Please note these are for Ground Floor delivery for standard items. Additional charges maybe incurred for non-ground floor or extra bulky items.
Where do you deliver?
We can deliver to most locations in Western Australia, there are currently a few locations we do not offer purchase or delivery for large items to.
We do not deliver outside WA.
When do you deliver?
Furniture items delivered by our home delivery partner, Monday to Friday, 6.30am - 5.00pm.
Delivery times vary by stock availability and by postcode. After you place your order, you will be contacted by despatch to discuss your delivery options.
What if my delivery is extra large?
Deliveries over 4 cubic metres may incur additional charges. If you think your order may be an extra large delivery, please contact our head office.
How do I track my delivery?
To get an update on your furniture delivery please call and quote your order number. We can attempt to contact drivers but they are busy delivering furniture and sometimes our 4 hour window is the best we can offer, but we will certainly do our best.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your furniture delivery, you will be charged a redelivery fee. We always communicate prior to your delivery date unless confirmed at point of sale to ensure you will be available to receive the item, so if you know that you are not going to be available, please let us know. Change of delivery dates must be made 48 hours prior to avoid further charges.
You must collect or take delivery of the products within 21 days from the day that we notify you that they are available for delivery. If you fail to do so, Dankz may cancel the order if reasonable (forfeit of monies paid will apply) or charge storage fees of $30 - $50 per order per week and/or cancel your order.
What else do I need to consider?
The delivery is to the front door ground level, out of courtesy we will place where required provided reasonable access is provided. Should the purchaser require the goods to be arranged inside, the purchaser is responsible for any damage caused to the goods or premises. It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have purchased can be delivered to your home (and will fit through the door!). Some overly large pieces simply don't fit or maybe unsafe to deliver. In these circumstances we can leave the items as directed by you or return them at your cost - refunds are not provided. Please note restocking fees, delivery fees and other admin fees do apply.
Can I Pick up?
Yes you can , please keep in mind the goods are presented fully unpacked and assembled for your inspection. Dankz does not provide packing and wrapping materials.
Can you store my order ?
Dankz can hold your order for a maximum of 21 days. Goods must be taken after that time.
What are your access Terms & Conditions?
By placing a deposit or making an order, you confirm that there is easy access to the premises that will not restrict or prevent delivery of my order. You understand if access is restricted and/or delivery is not made as confirmed by our delivery team, then you are completely liable for any costs associated to redeliver or incurred by Dankz Furniture as a result of difficulties with access in delivery of the Products and/or collection of the Dankz Furniture.
