Who better to deliver and install your new furniture than the people who lovingly crafted it. We’ll make sure it arrives in showroom condition, fully assembled, and take the packaging away too, leaving you to sit back and enjoy the comfort of home.
We work hard to ensure we offer you the best delivery price and the most secure delivery service. We cannot offer specific delivery times, but we do give a 4 hour delivery window and a phone call when on the way (if required) to meet our drivers.
How much does delivery cost?
Perth to Mandurah Area
Please note these are for Ground Floor delivery for standard items. Additional charges maybe incurred for non-ground floor or extra bulky items.
Where do you deliver?
We can deliver to most locations in Western Australia, there are currently a few locations we do not offer purchase or delivery for large items to.
We do not deliver outside WA.
When do you deliver?
Furniture items delivered by our home delivery partner, Monday to Friday, 6.30am - 5.00pm.
Delivery times vary by stock availability and by postcode. After you place your order, you will be contacted by head office to discuss your delivery options.
What if my delivery is extra large?
Deliveries over 4 cubic metres may incur additional charges. If you think your order may be an extra large delivery, please contact our head office.
How do I track my delivery?
To get an update on your furniture delivery please call and quote your order number.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your furniture delivery, you will be charged a redelivery fee. We always call prior to your delivery date to ensure you will be available to receive the item, so if you know that you are not going to be available, please let us know.
You must collect or take delivery of the products within 14 days from the day that we notify you that they are available for delivery. If you fail to do so, Dankz may charge storage fees of $50 per delivery per week and/or cancel your order.
What else do I need to consider?
It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have purchased can be delivered to your home (and will fit through the door!).
