Cancelling an Order (prior to goods being collected or delivered)
Please note once goods are Delivered or picked up we are unable to assist with a refund unless required by consumer law. Please choose all furniture items carefully as we are unable to provide a refund where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or purchased an unsuitable gift. We recommend you carefully view all furniture items in store to ensure they are suitable.
If goods haven't been collected and Dankz Head office agrees upon presentation of your fully paid original store receipt we can offer a store credit(valid for 12 months from date of purchase) provided the order is paid in full or offer an exchange to another item of the same value or more. Items on clearance we are unable to offer any exchange. Restocking fees, admin fees and transport fees will be payable or deducted.

Dankz Furniture offers a layby on certain items. Please ask in-store.
