We work hard to ensure we offer you the best delivery price and the most secure delivery service. We cannot offer specific delivery times, but we do give a 4-hour delivery window and a phone call when on the way (if required) to meet our drivers. It is important phones are answered and clients are available during the 4 hour window provided.

Please choose all furniture items carefully as we are unable to provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or purchased an unsuitable gift. We recommend you carefully view all furniture items in store to ensure they are suitable.

Upon presentation of your original store receipt, we can offer a store credit or an exchange for another item on full-priced items. For items on sale, we are unable to offer any exchange.
