Delivery Information

We work hard to ensure we offer you the best delivery price and the most secure delivery service. We cannot offer specific delivery times, but we do give a 4-hour delivery window and a phone call or text message when on the way. It is important phones are answered and clients are available during the 4 hour window provided as we are not able to adjust routes.

Please choose all furniture items carefully as we are unable to provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or purchased an unsuitable gift. We recommend you carefully view all furniture items in store to ensure they are suitable.

Cancelling a lay-by will results in a termination fee which will be 30% of the value of the contract.

Visited the Osborne Park showroom back in 2015 and was greeted by the lovely B. We wanted a specific style of modular lounge to fit our apartment therefore we arranged to have our lounge custom made to our specifications with choice of colour and material. Within 4 weeks our lounge was delivered and I must say, we have had so many people comment on how comfortable it is to sit and also sleep on. May I also point out, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable for custom made. In 2021 (6 years later) unfortunately one of the feet gave away on the corner piece of the lounge. I contacted Dankz and they were happy for me to drop off the centre piece of the lounge to fix immediately in their Osborne Park factory. There was no charge as the lounge was covered under a 10 year warranty and the service was so easy and seamless. All the reason to purchase from a local company. I cannot recommend this company enough to my friends and family as their service and quality is outstanding. The lounge is now 8 years old and still looks and feels as good as it did the first day it was delivered. Keep up the great work Dankz!
