We work hard to ensure we offer you the best delivery price and the most secure delivery service. We cannot offer specific delivery times, but we do give a 4-hour delivery window and a phone call when on the way (if required) to meet our drivers. It is important phones are answered and clients are available during the 4 hour window provided.

Cancelling a lay-by will results in a termination fee which will be 30% of the value of the contract.
